Batman V Superman Ultimate Edition Blu Ray – (aka the Snyder Cut) will be released in March, so I thought it would be a good time to check out the Director’s Cut
. 31 minutes longer than the theatrical version Is this R version of him an improvement over the original? Are you happy with it?

Thankfully, it’s a better version than what we saw in the movie. There’s a lot of content added, and thankfully everything added feels important to make this movie more meaningful. One of the main reasons for that is Henry Cavill’s Clark Kent/Superman.

Lots of things to do. Iron Man heads to the theater in the backseat, and this version sees him further investigating Batman in Gotham and interviewing residents who fear the Bat. Similarly, we learn how much of a death sentence the Batbrand can be from a woman’s perspective. Through Clark’s investigation, he learns that Batman considers himself a coward and above the law. Clark feels justified in stopping Batman, as he is told firsthand how much Gotham’s residents fear him.
It does a great job of explaining why Superman was designed for an African event. In the theatrical cut, a scene in which mercenaries hired by Lex Luthor shoot up a village and places the blame on Superman is depicted, but this is caught on, and Superman never uses a gun. Many fans and critics were confused as to how this would play out. This version depicts the villagers being burned to the ground by Anatoli and his henchmen, and given that the Man of Steel has heat vision, the crime certainly seems plausible. It seems to me. Not only that, but it turns out that one of the survivors was paid by Lex to testify that Superman is a criminal. This opening sequence makes more sense and makes the overall plot of the movie more coherent and logical.
Another, more logical explanation is why Superman didn’t notice the bomb in Wallace’s wheelchair. Lois actually ends up doing a full-scale investigation (with the help of Jena Malone’s character, which is unique in this version) and finds out that Wallace was not actively involved in her death. He didn’t commit suicide, he was killed to create Superman. He also learns that the wheelchair he used in the Senate courtroom was made of lead, which would have rendered Superman’s X-ray vision useless and he would not have been able to stop the bomb sooner. Again, this is very important information. The battle in the warehouse isn’t much different from the theater though.
, aside from a few extra shots of high violence, Batman’s fight scene against Lex’s henchmen still stands as the best Batman fight scene ever put on film.
Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice (ultimate Edition Blu Ray + Theatrical Blu Ra
A scene in which Lex Luthor speaks with Steppenwolf was also added to the film, giving context to his final conversation with Batman in his cell. This scene was released online before this cut was released, but is still hailed as a sequel.
Many of the scenes added to this version make some scenes more meaningful, rather than forcing the audience to make too many guesses or question how they know all this information. It only works for.
Unfortunately, while the movie does add a little more than the theatrical version by adding content that makes the movie more logical and connected, making it less holey, the problem was with the original.
They are still here. Snyder and his team chose not to remove any scenes from the film, which is a shame because there are aspects of the film that could have been fixed or removed entirely. Chief among them may be Rex’s speech at the celebration, which (like most unusual things) is extremely painful to watch, and Marta’s sequence at the climax of the duel between the title characters. remains both painful and difficult. . Doomsday’s final-moment appearance is never hinted at until he actually shows up, stopping Lex from running a mysterious experiment on General Zod’s body, but when that revelation comes out of left field… All I had to do was come. The Justice League appears repeatedly, but only in brief cameos in email attachments. The dawn of justice. There’s a lot of bulge in this movie and it feels a little too forward at times.
Blu Ray Review:
A four-hour movie is a promise, but if director Snyder just wanted to cram everything he filmed into one story, another director’s cut could be needed if the ending turns out to be too much. There is. A meaningful story. What Snyder added
It’s not just a director’s cut, it’s his first impression of the film before he leaves the project. One has to wonder if Snyder could have honestly cut the length down to four hours if tragedy hadn’t befallen his family.
At the theater. My gut tells me no, which makes me worry that Snyder chose to leave nothing on the cutting room floor with this sendoff to the “Snyderverse.” Only time will tell whether Snyder’s latest expansion of DCEU films will be a top-notch offering, delivering important story and character moments, or a longer, more cohesive experience that requires editing. You’ll understand. Please wait for the review.
