The Inseego 5G MiFi M2000 is available now on a device installment plan with $0 upfront, full retail price of $14 or $336 per month for 24 months. T-Mo is offering a half-price discount on the M2000 when you add a new line of service and purchase the device in installments.

The new access point device supports Wi-Fi 6 and can connect up to 30 Wi-Fi devices simultaneously. It features a 2.4-inch touchscreen so you can check connection strength, settings, and battery life, and the 5050mAh battery lasts for over 24 hours on a single charge. The M2000 charges via USB-C and can also charge external devices.

The M2000 has a Snapdragon X55 5G modem inside, supporting low- and mid-band 5G, specifically the n2, n41, n66, and n71 bands. Does not include mmWave support. 4G, support LTE frequency bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 46, 48, 49, 66 and 71.
When it comes to receiving 5G data on this access point, T-Mobile offers access point-only data plans ranging from 500MB to 100GB per month. These plans stream video at 480p resolution and get unlimited data at 2G speeds when the high-speed data share runs out.
The plans will be available starting Dec. 13, and T-Mo says the top 100GB plan will only be available for a “limited time.” Here are T-Mobile’s data-only access point plans, including automatic debit and paperless billing:
Finally, T-Mobile confirmed today that it’s naming its mid-band and high-band 5G “ultra-capacity 5G.” The operator said it would upgrade thousands of new cell sites this month with ultra-high-capacity 5G, but gave no details on the new cities covered.
