OnePlus has earned its place by offering a lot of performance for little money in its phones, and that’s exactly what it does with the OnePlus Nord N20 5G. While most budget Android phones have mediocre 720p LCDs, the N20 5G has a sharper 1080p OLED. The N20 5G processor is also an upgrade over what you get in the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, and the impressive battery life is backed by 33W fast charging. However, the camera is weak even for a budget phone, and OnePlus only offers security updates for three years, while Samsung and Google offer four- and five-year updates.

Two days per charge is possible depending on your usage, and this phone’s 33W charge is twice that of the A14 5G (15W); the N20 5G even outperforms the Pixel 6a (18W) in this regard. A full charge takes less than an hour. It’s also nice to see that the N20 5G comes with a cable and charger, which isn’t the case for many phones in 2022.
