We work with a number of independent furniture shipping companies to ensure your new furniture is delivered quickly and professionally. Depending on how far you are from our showroom in Clitheroe, Lancashire, your delivery can take anywhere from five to fifteen working days, or up to twenty working days for Cornwall and Scotland. If you need a longer storage time or have other shipping requirements, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping will be sent to the billing address you provided when ordering, so please select the correct address at checkout.
Accessories are delivered free to most areas of the UK. The delivery companies used may vary depending on your location, but we usually work with DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail where possible. If there is a specific company that you know is having difficulty with your delivery, please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to have your shipment sent to someone else. Please allow more time for island and highland delivery.
We offer a full 30-day return policy for online orders, so you can be sure that your new purchase is 100% for you. If for any reason you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after your order has been shipped, to arrange a return. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order, which is £1 per road mile if you use our returns service. You can return purchased items free of charge to our showroom in Clitheroe. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of mattresses, aprons or sheets that have been removed from their original packaging. Our ex display sofas, clean sets, prototypes, samples and brand new sofa sets are available in the club ready for fast delivery anywhere in the UK. Unless you ask us to prepare a new apartment for you, we will arrange transportation to your home, wherever, in four weeks or less, depending on your location.
