Being Super AMOLED, the screen can emphasize blacks well. The screen is oversaturated and makes the content quite popular, which is typical of Samsung phones. Among other things, the viewing angles were good and the ability to read in the sunlight was also good.

I was impressed with the cameras on Samsung phones when I first looked at the Galaxy M31, and the company’s jump from M31 to M31 is impressive. The pictures do a great job of showing the details. You can get overexposed images, which can be frustrating for those looking for natural results (like me), but bright colors make scene photos look great. Most of the time, images defy the need for editing. The HDR mode is beautiful and brightens the dark areas of the picture, the Live Focus creates a decent bokeh effect and the “Single Take” function is a good attempt to produce good photos and videos without a lot of work. As far as the front camera is concerned, the selfies produced are above average. You get so much detail and so much joy that I wasn’t impressed. I think the front cameras could do better on Samsung’s budget and mid-range phones. Among other things, 4K video recording was quite decent, and slow motion and hyperlapse videos were also enjoyable. In addition, the macro mode turned out to be decent, but not very detailed, and the night mode was also good.
The Galaxy M31s, like before, gets the Exynos 9611 processor, and comes in two RAM/storage options: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB, the base model I got my hands on. The storage options can be expanded up to 512 GB using a memory card.

The smartphone is a decent device and works mostly like the Galaxy M31. It’s a decent performer and handles most tasks with ease even with a few apps running in the background. You feel some ease when using the device, but there is still lag. The smartphone tends to freeze sometimes, but if you reduce the animations in the settings, this is reduced.
Among other things, the placement of the fingerprint sensor is a nice addition and can unlock the device in 1 or 2 seconds. The sound quality is good, but sometimes it feels a bit resonant.
The 6000mAh battery is one of the main features of the Galaxy M31s, and the 25W fast charging is a better performance than the Galaxy M31’s 15W fast charging. The smartphone lasted more than a day with the above mentioned usage and more than 2 days in standby mode. This turned out to be very true for me. The device is also fully charged
