Update Samsung A 50s Gsm Arena Review – Integrating the Galaxy design language into the lineup is intensifying. Not only have the S23 and S23+ been revamped like the Ultra, the A series members also now adopt the same camera setup.

The three separate camera lenses, each wrapped around a shiny ring, are close to 2mm, and since the phone is actually on the bottom when lying on a table, it’s quite fiddly – typing on a keyboard in such a case. Should trouble you.

While the lens design is made to resemble the flagship, the rear panel is nothing like that. For one, it’s (probably) plastic — which Samsung certainly advertises if it’s Gorilla Glass (update, April 11: it turns out it’s Gorilla Glass 5) — but it’s also glossy. It contrasts with the frosted finish of the S23 family but also departs from the matte A-Series aesthetic of the previous two generations.

Samsung Galaxy A04s Review: Design And Build

All this back-and-forth may be necessary to add at least a little bit of difference between the models in the current lineup, but also to reinforce a sense of novelty in the A model alone. We particularly like the look and feel of the back of the A53 and A52(s), and this return to glossiness feels like a step back in the battle against fingerprints.

Now, we should quickly recap the above by saying that the violet colorway on our review unit does a fair job of hiding fingerprints — or it doesn’t advertise itself lightly. We can’t imagine Black as just any kind of static smudge fest.

As far as we can tell, the frame is plastic – the lack of an antenna line (and the way it behaves against the knife blade) suggests that. So while it looks like a high-end model, it’s not that high-end on the inside.

Technically, it’s also different on the surface – flagships are processed to a glossy finish, but it’s got a more satin look here on the A54. It’s not like Apple’s approach, where the rose gets a frosted back and a glossy frame, while the model’s back is less glossy and their frame isn’t. hmm

Samsung’s European Android 11 Update Schedule Revealed

Perhaps here we should once again mention the Galaxy A54’s IP67 rating. It’s still rare to get dust and water resistance in the midrange, so it’s worth insisting on a phone that has it.

The arrangement of features around the perimeter is not entirely the same as before, but little has changed in terms of practical implications. Nice clickable physical buttons are on the right side, with the USB-C port on the bottom. Now there are two pinholes on the bottom, probably a mic behind each (as opposed to the pinhole on the A53) and that’s in addition to the ‘main’ speaker. Another mic is above where the card slot has found a new home, moved from the bottom.

The business end of the Galaxy A54 features a 6.4-inch OLED display surrounded by a larger-than-expected black border. Except for the slightly thicker bottom, it has uniform thickness on the other three sides, so at least in one case uniformity vs. Thickness is a reasonable trade-off from a perspective.

The bezel situation is another example that the iPhone comparison also brings to mind, and Apple’s models generally follow that on the screen-to-body ratio chart.

Samsung Galaxy A54 Review: Design, Build Quality, Handling

A completely flat sheet of Gorilla Glass 5 gives off the same vibe. I mean, the A54 looks and feels like the S23 or S23+, but it has an iPhone-y front from two generations ago.

It’s something you won’t find on an iPhone, but the Galaxy A54 has a fingerprint sensor under the screen. It’s optically versatile and works quickly and reliably, though if you’re allowed one complaint, it’s a slight one – the S-series gets a higher (and, in our minds, better) placement.

A new development is the move from 20: 9 to 19.5: 9 for this year’s display – in that sense, the convergence between the S- and A-series logically continues. But being A in nature means that the A54 is not only heavier than the A53, but also wider – by close to 3mm, which is a huge difference in that direction and easier to feel.

Going back to the S-series comparison, the 6.4-inch A54 is physically larger than the 6.6-inch S23+. The larger display fits into a smaller footprint thanks to its flagship bezels, so while the A54 looks and feels like the S23+ while on the go, it’s just not as efficient in terms of space usage. It is, after all, expected.

In conclusion, the must-see-every-Galaxy trend we see with Samsung’s design language is well founded in marketing logic. However, as we see, this leads to inevitable negative results. For one, it’s nice to see the S23+ from an A54 perspective, what can you say about the S23+ that sets it apart from a random midranger in the lineup?

And, in the case of our own A54, is lack of personality really a plus against competitors with all sorts of crazy colors and finishes and can it rely on a Galaxy alone to make people want to buy it? Don’t get me wrong, the Galaxy A54’s design is certainly easy to look at, it’s not all that inspired. Today we have a fresh entry for review with us and it is none other than the Galaxy A34. It comes in a compact box with a USB cable, SIM device and nothing else.

It is one of Samsung’s two latest Galaxy A-series. We reviewed the Galaxy A54. Despite sitting more on the product’s fury, it actually has a smaller display than the Galaxy A34’s 6.6″ 1080p Super AMOLED unit. Both are nicely matched with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Like the A54, the Galaxy A34 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging. We expect solid battery life, especially paired with the 6nm dimension 1080 chip.

Samsung Galaxy M51 In For Review

Our Samsung Galaxy A34 comes in a brilliant lime color. It sparkles in direct light, which is a welcome addition to the clean-to-the-point-of-boring design. No curves, no camera islands, and nothing else needed – just a lens and flash for the camera.

Talking about the imaging setup – it is led by a 48MP main camera and also has an 8MP ultrawide and a 5MP macro unit. There is a 13MP selfie camera on the reverse side.

After a £50 trade-in for the old phone and a 10% EPP discount I paid £219 for the 8GB/256GB version. A very good global model, the Galaxy A54 faces different competitors depending on the market. Pricing starts at €490 / INR39K for the 8GB / 128GB version, while the 6GB / 128GB option is available for US$450. This is an MSRP figure, and we generally do not factor sales, carrier subsidies or discounts into our consideration. . But with a Samsung, especially a mid-range one like this, a month or two can have a significant impact on the price tag. In fact, we’ve already seen a cautious discount on the A54, just weeks after the announcement. So if you notice a competitor’s listing or price difference, remember that it’s a volatile market segment.

The Pixel 6a, for example, is being released and heavily discounted, so it should be cheaper than the Galaxy in many places – up to 30%. Camera performance seems to be a toss-up between the two, as is battery life, and the Pixel is one of the few phones that can match the Galaxy’s dust and water protection. The Pixel is a hit for performance thanks to its top-of-the-line Tensor chip (although it’s the first), and you can appreciate its small size. The Galaxy has a superior display (the 6a feels ancient with its 60Hz refresh rate) and fast charging, and you’ll also appreciate its microSD slot. All in all, though, the Pixel seems like the better deal in this regard — that is, if you live in a country where Google does business.

Samsung Galaxy A50s 128gb 6gb Ram Price In Kenya/ Quick Fix

In stark contrast to the usual Galaxy A54 design we have a one-of-a-kind LED-covered no phone (1). One of the biggest names in the industry against a startup doesn’t seem like the right comparison, but these two unique phones make for a very balanced clash. The phone’s display (1) may not be as bright as the Galaxy, but it’s adequate in other respects – refresh rate, color accuracy and HDR capabilities. Battery life is comparable, while the Galaxy’s fast charging is a plus, but not a huge deal. (1) The phone could be a better camera phone by a small margin. At the same price (it appears in Europe and
