FYI, I’m 4ft 11in and usually wear a size 4 in Lululemon tops and a size 6 in Define jackets. I bought the Scuba Full-Zip Cropped Hoodie in size 4 and size 6 for comparison.
First impression – this sweatshirt is short! Size 4 measures 17 inches in length from shoulder to hem. It looks very flattering, fitted but not too tight. It’s a little stretchy at the waist, but feels comfortable. The sleeve length was actually fine as long as I used the thumb holes. I’ve read some reviews describing the sleeve as “bat fan”, but I personally don’t see it that way. I would say the sleeves are roomier. Bat wing made of thick fleece sweatshirt with zipper. Do you remember that?
The sweatshirt flatters the figure. The cropped length makes me look like I have legs for days. This sweatshirt seems to run true to size.
The size 6 is a bit roomier, about an inch bigger and has a more casual feel. The size provides an extra inch in length, which isn’t much, but it helps. The sleeves are a bit too long even with the thumb holes. There is more room in the chest and hips.

The inside is lined with super soft fleece. It’s not as thick as an oversized diver and I’d say it’s light to medium. A couple of minuses – it has no pockets, which makes sense because it’s so cropped that there’s no room for pockets on this sweatshirt. You are also limited in what you can wear with it. You can wear this sweatshirt with two things, a crop top or a sports bra. In my opinion, it is not very practical or universal. But is it cute? Hell yeah!
Quick recap of this hoodie – true to size. Size up if you want a more casual fit and slightly longer length. Light to medium weight hooded sweatshirt. The fleece lining is super soft. It is cut into several lengths. Very figure flattering.
