Samsung Galaxy M31s has been launched with a starting price of Rs. 19,499 for the 6GB RAM variant. The 8GB RAM option is priced at Rs. 21, 499 and both variants come with 128GB of storage. It is offered in Mirage black and Mirage blue. The phone will go on sale from August 6, and customers will be able to purchase it from Samsung and Amazon India.

The Galaxy M31 has been launched at a price of Rs. 15,999 for the base 64GB storage option and Rs. 16,999 for the 128GB storage model. After the price revision, the base 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant can be purchased for Rs. 17, 499, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs. 18, 499 and the main 8GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 20, 499.
Both smartphones have dual-SIM (Nano) support and run Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on top. The Galaxy M31s has a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a hole in the center of the screen. The Galaxy M31, on the other hand, sports a 6.4-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display, also known as a premium water display. Under the hood, both phones are equipped with an octa-core Exynos 9611 mobile platform, combined with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Both phones have four rear cameras for photography. The Galaxy M31s has a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 f/1.8 sensor. It is paired with a 12-megapixel sensor with a 123-degree wide-angle lens and two 5-megapixel depth and macro cameras. The Galaxy M31s also comes pre-installed with the Intelli-Cam feature to provide a better camera experience. The device has a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and the sensor supports 4K video recording.
In contrast, the Galaxy M31 has a larger 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor with f/1.8. It is paired with an 8-megapixel sensor with a 123-megapixel f/2.2a lens and two megapixel macro and depth cameras. The rear camera supports Live Focus for bokeh effect, exclusive night mode, continuous mode and slow motion mode. Like the Galaxy M31s, the Galaxy M31 also has a 32-megapixel front camera with 4K and dynamic video recording.

The Galaxy M31s packs a 6,000mAh battery, supports reverse charging, and comes bundled with a 25W charger with a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. In contrast, the Galaxy M31 packs a 6,000mAh battery with a 15W charger in the box. The fingerprint sensor is on the back, and the phone has a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

First of all, the device comes with 6GB of RAM which is combined with two storage devices namely 64GB and 128GB of storage. Well, now the chaebol has slowly added another variant of the device. This time we are looking at a massive 8GB of RAM which is now paired with 128GB of onboard storage.
As you can see, the new 8GB RAM version of the device sits above the previous two options. Galaxy M31 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option comes with a price tag of INR 19,999 (ie approximately $264). In terms of availability, there is no information on when the device will go on sale. As of this writing, the product page has a Notify Me option.
It is also worth mentioning that there is no Amazon India listing at the moment. We should see the device go on sale in the coming days through online and offline retailers.
