Of these, CVE-2023-23529 is the biggest threat. The vulnerability affected WebKit (the engine behind all iOS browsers, including Safari), allowing hackers to run code on your iPhone or iPad.

Apple also confirmed that it is “seeing evidence of this issue being exploited.” This makes it the vulnerability of the day, as hackers can exploit it before Apple fixes it.
Given the importance of the CVE-2023-23529 security fix in iOS 16.3.1 / iPadOS 16.3.1, I recommend iPhone and iPad users to update. Yes, there are separate error messages in the release (especially the power supply), but the safety of your device comes first.

02/22 Update: The final fix is that in the week since iOS 16.3.1 was released, there has been a flood of bug reports without much traction. The main issues are battery life, WiFi and phone signal (hard to quantify), but these aren’t strong enough to represent a widespread problem. Therefore, I recommend that iPhone and iPad owners update to iOS 16.3.1 and iPadOS 16.3.1, respectively – given the importance of the security measures they have. Apple has 16 iOS bugs to fix, but the company is moving forward.
