The front is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, the toughest glass currently used in smartphones. Unfortunately, I can’t confirm if this is indeed the case as I’m using a device with a pre-applied screen protector. If you unlock the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, you’ll see a huge display interrupted only by a small punch hole in the middle, where Samsung placed the front-facing camera. While the left side of the frame is completely empty, the Korean manufacturer has installed volume and mute buttons on the right. The on/off button is located directly below it. Despite the bulky form factor, all keys are still within easy reach. A USB-C port, a microphone and one of two speakers sit on the bottom. The second is integrated into the headset. If we rotate the smartphone, the silver color we tested immediately catches the eye. It’s matte, which means it’s not prone to fingerprints, and it always looks a little different depending on how the light hits it. The camera mount extends from the frame of the device to the back. I’m a huge fan of it and I’m always speechless when I compare the designs of S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra. Samsung has taken a big step here. Unfortunately, the camera bump protrudes slightly from the housing, meaning the S21 Ultra is a bit wobbly when used on a table.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus Review: A Great All Rounder For A Good Price
There is absolutely no reason to criticize the workmanship. There is no flash, no fuss and overall it gives the impression of being extremely stable. The keys fit snugly in the housing and have a good pressure point.
One of the highlights is the OLED display built into the front. It measures an impressive 6.8 inches and has a sharp resolution of 3.200 x 1.440 pixels. Individual pixels cannot be identified in everyday life. Additionally, the panel supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, which is finally available this year with WQHD+ resolution. Also, introduced with the Note 20 Ultra is the so-called LTPO display. LTPO technology enables smartphones to switch between different refresh rates.
