The Zendure has one port on each side: there’s only a USB-C PD port on one side that works for both output and input (meaning it’s a way to charge the power bank itself) and a standard USB-A port. . . In testing, we measured 18.6W max output from the USB-C port, 19.3W max input, and 16.6W max output from the USB-A port. The outside of the Zendure is a hard, glossy plastic shell that is fairly scratch and scratch resistant. Available in multiple colors (red, green, black, silver, blue and pink), it measures 3.1 x 2.2 x 1 inches and fits in the palm of your hand. The SuperMini unit is backed by Zendure’s two-year warranty, which is longer than any model we’ve tested, giving you plenty of time to test it out and make sure it’s problem-free. We’ve also had good experiences with Zendure’s customer support in the 5+ years of reviewing Zendure’s products.
The biggest downside to the SuperMini is the lack of internal cables. We prefer built-in cables to charge our devices rather than carrying them around. Devices take up extra space, get tangled, and don’t fit easily. And unlike others that can charge via a built-in cable or plug, the SuperMini requires a separate cable (one included in the box) to charge. But I think the fact that it packs so much power into a small package offsets the small burden of packing a separate charging cable or two. This also means that the SuperMini can charge a wider range of devices, especially older devices that don’t use modern connectors.
We didn’t like the raised protrusions on the SuperMini’s main surface, so it looks like a stiff suitcase, but it’s a nice display. These ridges also make the power bank more recognizable by feel among other contents of the case or bag. It also adds more grip than other models with a completely flat exterior we tested.
If the Zendure SuperMini 20W is not available and you want the best in terms of capacity and portability: buy the Anker PowerCore 10000 PD Redux or the Anker PowerCore Slim 10000 PD (depending on your preferred price, shape and color). ). Both models are rated for the same capacity as the SuperMini (10,000 mAh) and are about the same, albeit slightly larger in pockets. SuperMini is 6.4 ounces, Redux is 6.8 ounces, and Slim is 7.4 ounces. Like the SuperMini, both models feature a USB-A output port as well as a USB-C PD port for charging (and charging itself) a smartphone or other handheld device at full speed.
