And An 12 has new animations, making the software feel fresh and fluid again. You see them when you swipe around the interface or, for example, put the phone on the charger.
The widgets have also been redesigned. They now fit well with the material you design, and Google has updated some of them. Now you have a well-designed clock widget with rounded corners and a simplistic look. The Google Photos widget now displays funny photos you took a while ago.
