We found that unchecking these boxes helped motivate us to make better health choices.

The inner layout has one week per visualization, but there are pages dedicated to monthly visualizations and goal setting, which is a great way to dive into the world of goal-based planning.
This is for those who don’t have an IRL PA but want one. It’s a thick, heavy volume that promises to improve the user’s work, social life and health.
Yes, it presents the look of a “regular” newspaper, but there is much more to it. far more. It invites you to set daily, weekly and monthly goals. Provides space for a monthly social media plan. And there are even more pages dedicated to gratitude journaling to serve as an “inspiration box.”
