Three’s MiFi device usually arrives the next working day after you place your order, unless you order in the evening. It is shipped in a small box.
The first thing to do is to remove the back cover of the MiFi device. It attaches with several plastic clips around the edge of the case. To remove the cover, there is a small gap in one of the corners that you can lift out of.
First, remove the SIM card from its packaging and push it out of its holder. You need a micro SIM, which is the green one (the second largest).

The SIM card slot has a small metal flap that you need to lift up. After that, you can put the SIM card in its slot as shown in the lower-right corner of the cut-out. The device also has markings to show you how the SIM card goes.
Note that the SIM card does not click into place. Instead, a metal sheet slides down to secure it. Do not force the metal sheet down if it does not move easily – this means repositioning the SIM slightly.
Now you have the very simple task of putting in the battery. Line it up with the four golden bits on the top right and slot it.
At this point, you can put the cover back on the 4G Plus MiFi router. It snaps into place very easily – make sure you push it all the way in – you will hear it click into place. Also make sure you put it back the right way. If it is not easy in place, try rotating the lid 180 degrees.

Now that the SIM card and battery are available, you can turn on the MiFi device. All three of this little kit ships with some charge in the battery, so you don’t have to worry about charging the device before you start using it.

It is important to note that your monthly costs will increase by 4.5% each year, regardless of which contract you choose. If you enter into a 12 or 24 month contract, some of your future payments will be higher than your current payments.
Also, Three’s pricing quotes assume you use direct debit or another recurring payment method. If you don’t, the cost will be £5 more per month.
