The problem that caused me most of the problems is that the NAT mode is set to moderation and upnp says that it is not successful.
As I am new to this mobile style of broadband I am not sure if there is anything I can do to fix this because it causes my party to disconnect many times and sometimes the action play too.
Change your APN to 3internet, this will give you a non-shared IP address instead of a shared one.

If you can play on other networks (friends phone hotspots), choose a different provider if none of the above can be adjusted to your needs .

There’s not much you can do with ping. It is the function of it is a 4G router, mast / backhaul network load and all kinds of things. Upgrading to 5G will give you better ping, if you live in an area with a good 5G signal. My 4G ping is ~35/40ms for server speed test but ~15ms for 5G.
You can try putting the xbox in the DMZ and see if that improves things. Find the IP of the xbox in the menu of the xbox, then plug this number into the DMZ mode of the Huawei modem.

I have this problem with my Nintendo Switch. if with 3 broadband in i buy huawei 5g cpe pro. work perfectly the contract can move try to smart end problem. smarty hasn’t said anything bad yet but the only change is from 3 to smarty. moved back to 3, everything worked again. smarty kept saying it was apn’s fault but it wasn’t. The boy can’t even play a Nintendo title like smash bros without crashing. nintendo plans to port forward as a response. but with the smarty sim it won’t even connect via mobile hotspot from the phone using the smarty. now everything is perfect
