The Last Of Us Part Ii Bundle – Us 2 is just a month away, and Sony just released a limited edition PS4 Pro bundle that will launch with the game. The package includes a PS4 Pro and a controller with a special design for TLOU 2, the game, and a digital voucher for an animated theme, avatars and other goodies.
The console has a matte finish PS4 Pro with Ellie’s tattoo design, and a similar controller design with the TLOU 2 logo on the touchpad. The package is available for pre-order for $400, while the controller is also available as a standalone purchase for $65.

“When the opportunity arose to create a custom PS4 Pro for The Last of Us Part 2, I worked with the graphic designer at the time, Angel Garcia, and we brainstormed a few different ideas, but we came back to Ellie’s Tattoo,” John Sweeney said in the announcement. “In a sense, it became a symbol for the game and the community – just like the Firefly symbol from the first game. It was the obvious choice, but we asked: what if it could be sculpted? It’s already been done, so we didn’t.” Not sure if it’s even possible, but thanks to the incredible efforts of the PlayStation teams, we found a way.”

The announcement also detailed several other branded devices. Sony released a limited edition wireless headset with a remote tattoo as well, $100. And the company licensed Seagate to produce a 2TB game drive with a similar design, which costs $90.
Us Us 2 is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and it has been a long time coming after several delays, as well as delays related to the coronavirus. Like many collector’s editions of major games, The Last of Us 2’s most expensive bundle, the Ellie Edition, sold out shortly after it was announced. The Ellie Edition, which costs $230 and bundles the game with a ton of physical and digital goodies, went on sale in February, but sold out again that day. That seems to be the last chance for us fans to get the Ellie Edition – but if you missed it, you’re in luck, as developer Naughty Dog announced earlier this week that the Ellie Edition relaunch is coming this Friday.

The Ellie Edition is now available in limited quantities via PlayStation Direct, the official PlayStation Store for consoles, accessories and some physical games. Unfortunately, returns are only available to US shoppers. It’s already sold out today, so grab it fast if you want it.
Despite its price tag, the Ellie Edition was an interesting package for Last Us fans. It comes with everything in the Collector’s Edition (which retails for $170), plus a full-size, fully functional recreation of Ellie’s bag, an engraved patch, and a 7-inch vinyl record.
