Small items can be delivered by parcel service. For multiple purchases under £349, you will only be charged once with the maximum delivery charge. For multiple purchases, all items are normally delivered together, but on occasions where necessary, we make more than one delivery depending only on the supplier/manufacturer and stock availability.

We aim to deliver stock items within 1-7 working days, however it may take up to 14 working days depending on your location and may take a few days if you have chosen assembly. Delivery times vary depending on product in stock and up to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s lead time and how busy they are.
Delivery times are clearly stated next to each product – as an approximate guide. Some bespoke items such as sofas and chairs and wardrobes can take up to 12 weeks. We try to arrange the most convenient delivery time, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Items supplied by our approved suppliers or AH Interiors own fleet
If you buy multiple items with different lead times, you will receive a delivery when all items are in stock. For example, if you order 3 items with different lead times of 7 days, 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks, your expected delivery time will be 4-6 weeks. On request, you can receive individual items by delivery by calling us, but you must pay the delivery costs individually.

Every effort is made to make deliveries on time as arranged. However, if you make hundreds of deliveries per week, difficulties caused by traffic jams and weather conditions (including snow, ice, wind, rain and floods) can cause delays in schedules.
