Based on my past experience, I think Starhub is the most competitive operator, they often offer better prices than other operators with their promotions. But I think they have too many promotions, add-ons, bonuses and different add-on prices. Some promotions last for a long time, some disappear after some time.
It’s difficult to make the right decision when trying to choose the best Starhub card or the best Starhub plan if the variables keep changing. To keep it simple, I suggest ignoring all bonuses when you try to decide which card/plan is the best.

M1 Sim Card In Singapore
For short term travelers, I would compare SIM cards that give at least 80GB, which is more than enough for a 1 month stay in Singapore.
If you think you don’t fall into this category because you can survive without the internet while exploring Singapore, you can skip this section and move on to the next section where I’ll go over some great tips for long term travelers. Let me discuss a typical prepaid SIM card.
*The M1 has 2 exactly the same SIM cards, $12 and $14. Since an M1 $14 SIM sells for SGD9.70 at the time of writing and you can get it at the airport, I wouldn’t even consider the M1 $12 SIM (as there’s no promotion and you can’t get it from the airport Are) .
