However, it was found that their offers do not always match the offers made directly through similar websites. These price comparison sites don’t always offer the best deal on a phone.
For example, Flipsy says GreenBuyback will pay the most for a Samsung Galaxy S5E with 128 gigabytes of storage — $176. However, you can get $190 for this phone if you sell it directly through TheWhizCells. SellCell’s best deal for the same phone was just $5.

If you were selling an iPhone XR, both sites offered competitive deals — $325 to $330. However, neither Flipsy nor SellCell guarantees that you will actually receive the offer price.

In this case, shopping comparison sites will not take any responsibility for your dissatisfaction. And some of the websites that list them are notorious for their bait-and-switch tactics.
