With UK customer service, along with free extras including O2 Rewards, which gives you up to 10% of your top-up every 3 months. O2’s extended tariffs offer a generous allowance of 4G data with calls and texts to any network in the UK from £10 monthly top-up, with other options available including a £30 bundle that gives you 40GB of data with 5000 text messages and minutes. Pay As You Go means you’re in control. There is no contract to worry about and these 4G sims can be used on any mobile phone – even 2G and 3G. Your phone must be unlocked or on the O2 network and these sims must work on phones locked to networks carried by O2 such as GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile and Sky Mobile. Free £5 airtime credit will be awarded to new customers who top up their sim at least twice and register with My O2 at the network’s discretion. A free £5 credit per person. We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all of our items if you change your mind or order the wrong item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 day period. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR SECURITY REASONS, SIM CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNTIL THE OUTER PACKAGING (COUNTRY ADDRESS LABEL, NOT THE SIM CARD PACKAGE) HAS BEEN OPENED.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original and unopened packaging.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer unless we advise you in writing (letter or email).
Any item not in its original condition, parts damaged or missing due to reasons not attributable to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your application is accepted in accordance with the terms set out above.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed by your bank card issuer. We have no control over this process.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.
