If I try to load any of the .FD files into Insyde BIOS Editor, they won’t load.
I noticed that there is an unlocked menu version of HP’s SP49106 in the repository, but there is no such BIOS with the whitelist removed for that BIOS. I searched the site and found several references to this BIOS with links to download the BIOS with WL removed, but the links were all dead.

Hi, I have a Dell Precision M6300 laptop with an Intel Core 2 Extreme X9000 processor. I can’t fully use the CPU capacity by default. Currently I’m using the throttle to use it at 3.4GHz. I know that other models like the XPS-M1730 have an option to set the multiplier in the BIOS.
I have an XPS-M1710 which will have the same option in the BIOS with a Core 2 Duo 7600G CPU and I will soon have a Precision M90 which again does not offer this option.

TPM provides hardware-based encryption, secure boot, bitlocker, and ultimately prevents malicious attacks against many devices used today. If you’re a Windows Hello user who enables login via fingerprint, facial recognition, PIN, and more, you’re using functionality provided by the TPM.
TPM is not a new feature. It was announced in 2013 and has been included in almost all PCs purchased since 2015. As of January 15, TPM 2.0 was required on all certified Windows devices ( source ). It was hard to get. Detect both operating systems correctly. Shortly after changing a setting in the BIOS related to SATA operation, the laptop suddenly stopped working after rebooting.
