We are happy to ship to Scottish Highlands and non-primary addresses via any UK postcode (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles) and charge £14.00 for any order. Damage in transit or damage must be reported to our sales team by email within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48 hour period, the goods are considered to have arrived in a satisfactory condition and we regret that we cannot accept any claims for damage or loss after this period.

The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you use a registered delivery service and keep your proof of delivery in case the package is lost or damaged and you need to make a claim with your chosen insurance company. To further protect you, we would recommend that you consider making your own separate insurance arrangements.
