Orders under £50.00 are charged a standard rate of £4.80 to most UK mainland addresses. We are happy to deliver to Highlands and non-mainland addresses with a UK postcode (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles) and delivery is charged at a standard rate of £14.00 on orders of any value. For the Channel Islands, the delivery charge for orders of any value is £17.50. Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.
You will have the opportunity to provide additional delivery instructions during the checkout process. This is useful if you are unlikely to be at home when the delivery is expected or if your address is difficult to find. All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and we pride ourselves on the care we take in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely with you. We ask that you carefully inspect all your items as soon as you receive them, even if you do not intend to install them immediately. Any shipping damage or shortage must be reported by email to our sales team within 48 hours of delivery. If necessary we will provide a new product and arrange for our courier to collect the damaged item from your delivery address and send it back to us.
