The product is highly pigmented and glides on very smoothly. Although this is a great product, it does not stay on the waterline all day long. If your eyes water, it usually goes away and requires you to reapply. Overall, I love this product, I use it every day and would buy again. If you haven’t tried it, check it out, the consistency is very creamy. love it!
I loved this eyeliner when I first bought it. My eyes are a bit sensitive, but this product didn’t irritate me at all. It goes on easily, lasts all day and works great at night. My only gripe with this eyeliner is that the tip of the “pencil” becomes flat for some reason (I use it without applying pressure to cancel, so I don’t understand how this happens.) This annoys me because There is still a lot of liquid in the pen and I can no longer draw thin lines. Like I said, my only issue with this pen is how quickly it flattens out, but other than that, it’s great in every way. I might even try another…maybe I have a lemon.
Love this eyeliner. Easy to use and great results! I have used it for many years. I love that it doesn’t smudge, which becomes even more important as I age and my eyelids start to droop.

I recently bought the L’Oreal Paris Extra Intense Eyeliner. I am on a tight budget and was looking for a good quality eyeliner at an affordable price. I bought this product hoping it would work for me, and it did! I love how water resistant it is and stays put. Overall, I am not the best makeup artist, far from it, but I am very happy with my purchase. I have very sensitive eyelids and have no issues using this eyeliner. There is only one problem! I misplaced it 🙁 Now if I need to replace it, I will buy the same thing.
This is the softest, creamiest drugstore eyeliner I’ve ever used. Formulas are magic, and once set, there’s no more places than you put them. It was compared to Mac’s charcoal liner and other high-end liners, and it was the same, if not better, in terms of quality and pigmentation. This is a great product, perfect for smokey eye looks that need this liner, and at such a reasonable price, how can you beat it?
I’ve never really been a fan of eyeliner, I’ve always used liquid eyeliner, so when I saw this on the shelf last week, I picked one up to try because it looked so interesting! I was not disappointed! It is very smooth and creamy, but not like a regular pencil, it has the same effect as a liquid eyeliner! I am amazed! Handy, it needs to be sharpened, which isn’t a big deal, but it’s a big difference from a liquid. It also says it can go wrong for 16 hours, which obviously we all know it can. Last but not least, it does not smudge like regular eyeliners! (It gives you some raccoon eyes when you take it off). All in all: I love it!
Usually I would buy a cheap cheap eyeliner (like NYC or Wet N’ Wild), so I decided to buy a good one all at once. I was drawn to this particular eyeliner for a few reasons: First, it’s a very dark black (other options are brown and dark gray). Second, the softness of a liquid eyeliner with the precision of a pencil (meaning thicker lines). In the end, I didn’t expect the promise of “lasts up to 16 hours” to last that long, but if it lasted longer than a 99-cent Wet N’ Wild pencil, it would raise my eyebrows.

I fell asleep wearing it and when I woke up it wasn’t dirty. I don’t have a blending tip on the other end, but I don’t usually blend eyeliner—I like thick, thick, solid lines.
So, if you’re looking for a long-lasting, bold black eyeliner and don’t want to go to Sephora to give them your first eyeliner, then this one is perfect. You can buy it at any CVS or Walmart.

I like that it has a rubber tip on the other end so you can apply makeup for a smoky eye look. It is a very pigmented and intense color that lasts all day. It is not as drying as other liners but spreads easily on face and hands.
