“Windows Update installed the following drivers: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. – SCSIAdapter – 9.3.0.221, and after restarting the system entered a GSOD loop with an UNACCEPTABLE BOOT DEVICE error. The only way to recover the system is to boot into the Environment Windows recovery and doing startup repair,” said another user.
According to the reports we’ve seen, the bug seems to affect only certain AMD configurations, specifically PCs with GIGABYTE X570 motherboards.

If the update has been downloaded and Windows asks for a system restart, immediately go to Device Manager > Storage Controllers > Driver and click the rollback button.
