You can find them all here and they are all free. They are offered for download and use under a Creative Commons license. You need to decide whether you want to download ready-made layout sets for the whole year or roll up your sleeves and adapt our templates to your needs. Some of the things you can do once you have the source files are:

Note that previews always show 2015 or earlier, but actual files must be the correct year.

We have optimized the number of ‘print ready’ files that are only available in the list below. A large selection of source files have been retained and are still available from the links at the bottom of the page.
Check the reference number and size, use A4/A5 for all ISO page sizes (A4, A5, A6, B5, B6, etc.).
Click on the name to see a sample of the post, note that the date does not reflect the records and the samples are not updated every year.
At the top of the ready-to-print Word or PDF document column, the full 12 months of each year are listed.

The source files are in Word and Excel columns, you need both files for each entry.
You will find the annual report and other worksheets in the Excel files. To change a year, enter the year in the appropriate field, note that the source files do not change from year to year.
Combine data from the ‘Merge Sheet’ listed in the last column when merging in Word.

All these A6 files are in A4 format and should be printed on A6 paper as described in the previous article. There is one exception to this and that is the annual plan, this is to be printed at 70% scale on A5 paper and then Z folded to fit A6.
When printing Word or PDF files, it is necessary to set the paper size correctly in the program and in any print window on your PC/Mac. If you are printing on A4 paper, you should set the paper size to Letter or another size, not A4.
If you do not set the paper size correctly, even if the printer is loaded with A4 paper, the file will be resized according to the paper size you selected.
When you print your PDF document, it will print on smaller paper than Word or any other file created with it.

A5 Mid Year Soft Cover Week To View Diary 2022 2023
This weekly notebook format is my favorite with the days of the week on the left and a page for notes on the right. It’s date-sensitive and leaves plenty of room for a few appointments and reminders with plenty of room for later to-do lists and general notes. Leuchtturm has a wide range of models in many beautiful colors, including the Sage Green model, new this year. Choose from hard or soft cover – soft is my best choice.
Moleskine came along and revolutionized the sleepy diary market with the smart notebook approach. Did they have a diary revival? Maybe, or maybe it rekindled an interest in all things analog. However, the Moleskine is the classic diary available in all major formats.
If you use a notebook, journal formats don’t get much simpler than this. Working on the principle that a designer should put less ink on the page than the user, these dairy products are carefully designed so that there is no “gump” or wasted space. The format is a week to view with vertical bars for each day. Their thread-stitched seams allow them to lie perfectly flat, the paper is luxuriously smooth and thick enough for even the most inky pens, and they come in numbered groups. You can even ask for a number.
If you prefer a bolder design, these colorful bed diaries from Peckham team The Completist are adorable. Their 2021 calendar has a week to view plus a notes page format that works really well, but they also do an undated and unformatted daily version. Each month includes overview pages for planning along with helpful information tables, a banner and printed bars. Plus, it makes a smart gift as it comes in a beautiful box.

Mark’s journal has been around for years, but it still doesn’t look like any other zipper journal where you can stuff receipts, pens, keys, even a phone. They have a loyal following that uses nothing more than a vertical column weekly layout with a morning-to-night time frame, monthly planner pages, and a tabbed section. There are small and large sizes and some clever designs, and it starts at the beginning of September, so you can easily enter your new diary without making a sudden switch.
