Samsung is using an all-glass body on the Galaxy F62. Glasstic is basically a polymer mixture of glass and plastic, thus offering the properties of both materials. However, like the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, the glass doesn’t hold up and tends to scratch a lot in use. Adding to the inconvenience, it should be noted that the Samsung box does not have a protective case, which can be used to protect the light of the device.

I had mixed feelings about the build during my use, sometimes liking it a lot, but other times, wishing for better materials. Considering that the device costs more than 25,000 rupees, I think the company should at least include a glass back, if not a metal frame.
The volume rocker sits above the power button, which I felt was very awkwardly placed, and would appreciate it if Samsung used the left side of the frame to house it.
I personally like the new ‘laser’ color job on the Galaxy F62. However, some of my colleagues did not like it. I feel it is a refreshing change from the strong color scheme currently used.
Samsung Galaxy F62 has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The display may be too big for many people, but it fits my big hands. The display has good viewing angles, colors do not distort even when viewed from a tight angle.

The display is quite lively and colorful, making it quite attractive to consume content. Thanks to the use of AMOLED technology, the display can also provide deep blacks that make it look good. The brightness level is also perfect, with it being able to handle itself in most situations. I don’t need to cover the screen while using the device during the day under the sun, nor do I have to adjust my eyes too much when using content in a completely dark room.
However, not everything about the show is good. There’s plenty of pixel padding around the front camera to reduce screen bleed and get in the way while watching movies or playing games. Also, the device only has a refresh rate of 60Hz, which I had a hard time adjusting to even after using the phone constantly with a higher refresh rate. The phone does not come with HDR playback support, which is disappointing at the price point. Phones with higher refresh rates in the same price bracket include Realme 7 Pro, Poco X3 and others.
We get 6GB of RAM / 128GB of storage on the device, which I found to be enough to last me the whole day. If you ever have storage issues, you can expand the storage using a microSD card that can be inserted into the dedicated slot.
The device is powered by the Exynos 9825 SoC, which is the same processor that powers the Galaxy Note 10 series. The only difference here is that it comes with a 4-2-2 basic design instead of the usual 6-2. It includes four Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.95GHz, two Cortex A75 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and two Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.95GHz, two Cortex A75 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and two M4 cores clocked at 2.73GHz. All these make it a very powerful and energy efficient processor.

I play games on devices including Candy Crush Sage, Call of Duty: Mobile, Free Fire, Asphalt 8: Airborne, FIFA Mobile and more. Surprisingly, some games like Asphalt 9: Legends are not compatible with the device, even though they support the Galaxy Note 10. Playing all these games gave me no problem.
