(The first one I noticed was on the LinkedIn profile of Chris Arnold, a friend from high school in Wichita.) And the hashtag in the checkmark is #OpenToWork.
For years, people have struggled to decide how to update their LinkedIn profile when looking for a new job. Add them a new current job called Looking for the next great opportunity? Do they update their job title to say “Opportunity Seeking”?

I recommend being honest because the prospective employer will be checking their work history and knowing when their last job ended.)
